This November, Perú Mucho Gusto brings six guest chefs to Banyan Tree Bangkok for five evenings devoted to the flavours and stories of Peru. You can choose between two distinct dining experiences. From November 11 to 13, enjoy a Peruvian dinner buffet at Romsai. Chefs Santiago Fernández, Abel Ortiz Alvarez, and Franco Aldana will present their individual approaches to Peruvian cuisine in a relaxed setting with garden views. Alternatively, on November 14 and 15, discover a six-course Nikkei dinner at Vertigo TOO. Chefs Akira Oshita, Pier López, and Rodrigo Serrano will present a "six-hands" dinner exploring Nikkei cuisine, a Peruvian culinary tradition shaped by Japanese heritage. The menu tells a story of migration and belonging, blending Japanese techniques with Peruvian ingredients and memories.
