This in-person training course is designed for cardiologists and radiologists aiming to achieve independent Level 2 cardiac CT reporting skills. Participants will gain 35 CME points and work towards BSCI accreditation while preparing for SCCT. The course involves reviewing 150 contrast-enhanced cardiac CT cases, focusing on interpreting coronary CT angiography (CCTA) under appropriate clinical governance. Didactic lectures will cover essential topics such as physics, acquisition, reconstruction, radiation safety, contrast use, and interpretation of coronary and structural heart conditions, as well as non-cardiac findings. Supervised hands-on case reporting will be conducted using a GE workstation, covering a wide range of coronary and extra-coronary cardiac pathologies. The carefully selected cases are intended to broaden exposure and enhance learning for all delegates.
